Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate with David Steinbach - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer relationship management.
Estimated Salary: $15.50 - $22.50 per hour plus commission/bonus
Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
- You should be people-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
