Lead Project Financial Analyst - Hybrid Work Environment - Direct Hire

The Lead Project Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supervising and directing the financial operations associated with diverse projects. This position entails ensuring precise financial reporting, budget management, forecasting, and adherence to organizational policies and regulations. The successful candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities, a comprehensive grasp of project financial principles, and the aptitude to collaborate effectively with managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial dimensions of designated projects, encompassing cost monitoring, budget oversight, and financial reporting.
  • Budget Development: Formulate and oversee project budgets, conduct variance analysis, and project future financial outcomes.
  • Reporting: Generate and assess financial statements and reports reflecting project performance, ensuring precision and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Billing Management: Supervise project invoicing and accounts receivable, including the preparation and examination of client invoices.
  • Cost Management: Evaluate and scrutinize project expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and identifying any variances.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all financial activities pertaining to projects conform to company policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support project-related decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in project financial management or a comparable role, demonstrating a successful history of project oversight.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform under tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $80,000.00 to $98,000.00 annually
