Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Lead Financial Analyst to become a vital member of our financial reporting and analysis team. This role will play a crucial part in the month-end financial closing and reporting process, contribute significantly to the rolling forecast and budgeting activities, and engage in various exciting projects. As a key member of the corporate team, this position will interact with executives and a diverse range of personnel across our dealerships.

- Support the integration of financial results into corporate reporting systems.

- Assist in data mining from multiple sources to support dashboard design and understand the underlying business logic.
- Provide necessary reports, financial analysis, and tools to support business units.
- Engage in the development of the future state data warehouse and analytics processes.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process by preparing templates, supporting budget preparation and review, and uploading completed budgets into relevant systems.
- Participate in the annual audit process by consolidating results, validating data submissions, and assisting in timely and accurate audit outcomes.
- Maintain key financial documents and records.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundation in accounting or finance with a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and US GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Demonstrated ownership and pride in work, with a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.
