Job Description

At Elizabeth Arden, we're committed to delivering exceptional beauty experiences that inspire confidence and joy. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving retail sales growth within your region by developing and executing tailored business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth in account doors
  • Maximize retail sell-through performance by brand, store, and account
  • Evaluate retail performance and take action to ensure thorough follow-up
  • Launch new products and implement key promotions in line with agreed-upon plans
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer/consumer needs in the market
  • Manage and review reports from staffing agencies to ensure accuracy and ROI
  • Maintain and adhere to budgets, including POS and T&E
  • Execute and manage education, training, in-store events, and launches using established protocols

Leadership and Management:

  • Manage selling assistants through a third-party agency, identifying training and development needs to maximize performance potential
  • Ensure hiring is in line with authorized staffing levels and budget
  • Effectively manage sales performance through ongoing review and assessment using in-store coaching, customer service selling techniques, and clientele development
  • Monitor and review sales performance against targets, including unit sale and value sale
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training using corporate training guidelines

Store Relationships and Communication:

  • Regularly communicate information regarding events, visual weeks, sales goals, and promotions
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key store personnel, including department managers, store managers, and visual managers
  • Conduct monthly retail and promotional sales reviews with store management, as well as seasonal presentations, stock concerns, merchandising, and staffing

Marketing and Merchandising:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing activities and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed
  • Maintain the Elizabeth Arden brand image by ensuring high standards of counter merchandising and fostering sales assistant development

This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance.
