Position Summary
The Marketing Communications Specialist will collaborate closely with the Healthcare Businesses Marketing Communications team, Corporate Communications Department, Training team, and Sales organization to develop and execute marketing communications strategies that align with sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
This role will oversee multi-functional, project-based support for the Healthcare Business Units and the Creative Services team. The focus areas include:

  • Creation of marketing literature such as brochures, sell sheets, and sales presentations.
  • Development of training materials and advertising content.
  • Design and execution of tradeshow graphics.
  • Management of project timelines and scheduling.
  • Coordination of photoshoot materials and other marketing initiatives.

This position will also engage with external agencies and print vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Project Management
The Marketing Communications Specialist will lead the management of marketing communications projects, which include:

  • Scheduling project kick-off meetings.
  • Developing project timelines and tracking rework.
  • Managing the design schedule and project trafficking system.

All projects will be executed in accordance with established standard work processes and measured against defined KPIs.

Digital Asset Management
This role is responsible for overseeing digital asset and document fulfillment sites, ensuring:

  • Timely uploads of collateral and assets.
  • Regular checks on functionality and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Providing analytics reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating translation services for marketing communications materials.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience.
  • Experience working with agencies and print vendors.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing communications projects aligned with commercial strategies.
