Job Summary

84 Lumber is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our regional office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to our regional office
  • Manage office organization, invoicing, and sales support
  • Coordinate product delivery and resolve customer complaints
  • Reconcile purchase orders, monitor quote schedules, and perform daily/monthly reporting
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
