Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator - Community Health Network will provide administrative support to the office team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform related duties and tasks, including but not limited to:
- Receiving and screening phone calls, phone messages, and all mail.
- Arranging meetings and ensuring that all materials for meetings are available.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Compiling periodic statistical reports.
- Collecting and transcribing audit and other data information from a variety of media to generate reports and graphs for presentations.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Excellent communication, phone etiquette, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with a minimum of keyboarding speed of 50 WPM
* Familiar with medical terminology, medication names, and maintains basic knowledge of clinical care processes
