Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry, document analysis, filing, and preparing outgoing mail. You will also be responsible for communicating professionally with clients and supervisors, as well as performing filing and document storage preparation. This is a full-time position that requires 4-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter provider enrollment information with 100% accuracy and within 3 business days.
• Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until task is complete.
• Make supervisor aware of any questions you have about data entry before you enter the data and respond to customers.
• Perform filing, document storage preparation and other administrative duties.
• Analyze medical malpractice filings to verify information is complete and accurate; and enter information in database with 100% accuracy and within 10 business days of receipt.
• Review incoming documents to identify information to be redacted. Determine whether they should be scanned, filed or routed to other staff.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
