Job Summary:

The Medical Records Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient health information at Native Health. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Privacy Act and HIPAA, while providing exceptional support to our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health Information Management: Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date health records, ensuring seamless access for authorized personnel.
  • Release of Information: Process requests for medical record releases, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Electronic Health Records: Oversee the scanning and digitization of documents, ensuring efficient and secure storage.
  • Organizational Support: Provide assistance to the clinical teams as needed, contributing to the overall success of Native Health.
