Job Summary
Nextiva is seeking a talented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our cloud-based business communications solutions to mid-market businesses with 100-2500 employees. With a strong focus on effective deal qualification and management, you will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct needs analysis, build account plans, manage sales pipelines, present and demonstrate solutions, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of established sales methodologies. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for achieving sales success. A drive for results, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential qualities for this role. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $280,000 per year, which includes annualized base salary and target sales incentives.
