Job Title: Homecare Services Coordinator

Comfort Keepers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Services Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln, RI. As a Homecare Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the client experience from their first visit through the continuity of their care.

Job Summary:

The Homecare Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing and monitoring ongoing caregiver and client relationships through proactive management of the client schedule. This will include selecting and distributing work among our caregiver staff based on skills, performance, and client needs. The Coordinator will also facilitate communication between caregivers and clients, ensuring that all client needs are met through delivering quality care and identifying and resolving potential client issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to service potential clients
  • Select and distribute work among caregiver staff based on skills, performance, and client needs
  • Facilitate communication between caregivers and clients to ensure quality care and resolve potential issues
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and caregiver performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in scheduling in client care or scheduling
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and outstanding people management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and written/verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
