Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our TRAIL (Tools Required for Advancement Into Leadership) program as a Default Administration TRAIL Operations Specialist. This 12-month rotational leadership-development program is designed for recent college graduates to gain practical, on-the-job leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position.
  • Conduct business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
  • Receive training and perform duties in several functions to become familiar with line and staff functions, management viewpoints, company policies, and best practices.
  • Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  • Help champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization and implement the steps and tools necessary to successfully complete projects.
  • Attend company-sponsored training classes and attain certain certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Preferred degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
