Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Service Representative. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to suggest alternative banking products or services to better suit the needs of customers
- Research and resolve customer complaints or problems related to their accounts or banking services
- Take ownership of customer issues until resolution and follow up with customers to ensure their immediate needs and expectations have been met
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of 6 months' proven sales, service, or other related work experience
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic familiarity with personal computers
- Proven problem-solving skills and knowledge of the customer service concept
