- Balance and reconcile customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of escalated issues, working with customers to resolve their concerns and provide a positive experience.
- Complete branch-related operational activities, including cash ordering, vault management, and ATM maintenance.
- Process customer/account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to travel between branches as needed.
- Proven verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Proficient in internet user-level technology.
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $25.76 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
