Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to incoming customer requests, provide information, and complete service transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and problems related to their accounts or Bank services.
- Relationship Building: Suggest alternative Bank products or services to better suit the needs of customers, contributing to customer retention and expanding their overall relationship with the Bank.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of 6 months' proven sales, service, or other related work experience.
- Skills: Good communication, strong telephone, good organizational, and time management skills. Basic familiarity with personal computers and proven problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year's customer service, sales, or related experience. Familiarity with Contact Center systems and experience functioning in a fast-paced environment.
