Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, processing deposits, and securing the store.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
