We are seeking a skilled Telecom Construction Engineer to join our team at MasTec Network Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing new skills, working in a safety-minded environment, and expanding technology for a better community.

Responsibilities

As a Telecom Construction Engineer, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project plans
  • Driving projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management
  • Completing job site walkouts and facilitating project meetings
  • Meeting deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on safety and a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • The ability to figure out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • A desire for long-term projects and a willingness to learn the telecom construction trade
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
