Telecom Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of construction professionals in building, repairing, and maintaining telecom infrastructure.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with construction supervisors to coordinate restoration projects, including concrete and asphalt work.
  • Train and mentor team members on various tools and equipment, including backhoes, dozers, and trenchers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom construction, including coax splicing, fiber splicing, and directional drilling.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in outdoor utility construction sites, with a focus on safety and quality.
