About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at PCL Construction in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and direct project teams, including direct and indirect reports, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, conflicts, and schedule challenges, and develop recovery plans as needed.
  • Liaise with field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive field supervision experience in construction.
  • Journeyman certificate or undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry operations, including building materials, construction specifications, and methods and procedures.
  • Ability to lead and run effective site meetings, present at client meetings, and develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient understanding of project scope, scheduling, and cost management.

The salary range for this position is between $119,500 and $154,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
