Job Description
Project Manager Job Summary:
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize project management software such as PROCORE to track project progress
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses
- Assist with the bidding process
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work
- Prepare reports detailing project status and issues
Requirements:
- 10+ years of estimating experience and/or street, road, highway construction experience
- Holds a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proficient in ProCore, MS Suite
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a safe driving record
- Ability to analyze problems and create solutions that add value to the client and the company
