Senior Sales and Account Development Specialist

Air Compressor Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our sales department, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, leveraging strong phone communication skills and computer proficiency, including fluency in Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory, staying up-to-date with the latest industry products and standards.
- Prepare sales budget reviews and reports on account status, utilizing analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Previous experience in outside sales, account management, and customer service.
- General knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
