About the Role

As a result, we are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team at Xplor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and charismatic sales professional to make a real impact every day.

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, working closely with colleagues in various departments, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners
  • Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Educate business owners on payment processing
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership
  • Closing sales to meet minimum requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hunter mentality, professional demeanor, and high sense of urgency
  • Strong self-sourcing skills through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
