About the Role:

The Director of Compensation at Virtus Investment Partners is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company's compensation programs. This individual will design and execute compensation solutions based on business goals and strategy, ensuring external competitiveness and internal pay equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer annual compensation planning process, providing consulting services to internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Administer sales incentive plans, gathering and analyzing market data to support plan design.
  • Participate in industry compensation surveys and position pricing, conducting job evaluations and market analysis.
  • Partner with Finance to analyze, model, and administer Company's equity and deferral award programs.
  • Advise HR and business partners on compensation-related policies and administration issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Minimum five years' experience in compensation consulting and/or administration.
  • Preferred Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Highly analytical and proficient in spreadsheet software and analytical tools.
  • Detail and results-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR information systems, such as Workday.
  • Prior experience in the investment management industry preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Director of Compensation will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation solutions that align with the company's business goals and strategy. This includes administering annual compensation planning, sales incentive plans, and equity and deferral award programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, as well as experience working with HR information systems.

What We Offer:
