About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Trinidad Benham Corp, a leader in our industry with over 100 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Director of Finance to develop complex financial models that meet changing business needs.
  • Provide timely financial insights to decision-makers across the business.
  • Focus on budgeting, analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitor actual results against plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
  • Consolidate operating and financial projections for short-term and long-term business plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Financial Analyst in manufacturing and CPG retail sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PPT).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMA certification.
  • Excellent financial modeling and reporting building skills.
Working Conditions
  • General office environment with use of computer, printer, and scanner.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
  • Travel may be required.
