Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to collect comprehensive information while adhering to relevant policies.
- Lead and document stakeholder interviews and illustrate IT environments.
- Assist in project initiation phases, including discovery and planning.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define requirements and support solution development.
- Limit preliminary estimates and impact assessments to a specified timeframe during project evaluation.
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business cases and gather requirements.
- Consult with solution architects to ensure clarity in requirements.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Document business workflows and provide recommendations for best practices.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, converting business needs into actionable requirements.
- Participate in enterprise-level project teams to identify and implement enhancements in processes and systems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
- Create high-quality requirements documents, process maps, and use case diagrams.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on enterprise applications and IT systems.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, business analysis, data analysis, and tools like Jira and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and producing process documentation.
- Knowledge of configuration management databases, application portfolio management tools, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in facilitating discussions, building consensus, and delivering high-quality requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Visio and PowerPoint for creating workflow diagrams and process maps.
- Ability to complete necessary onboarding and compliance processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in business processes related to Accounting, Billing, Finance, HR/Benefits/Payroll, Procurement, Contract Management, and Quality Assurance.
- Experience with performance optimization and compliance with legal regulations.
