Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, the **Customer Support Representative II** plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position is designed to ensure that every interaction with our clients is positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding client service in a call center environment.

a. Address customer inquiries throughout the loan process, from initiation to closure.

b. Uphold a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.

c. Process payments for customers via various methods.

d. Demonstrate knowledge of installment lending and manage loan account histories.

e. Meet departmental performance metrics effectively.

f. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

2. Resolve a variety of customer concerns, serving as the first point of contact for escalated issues.

3. Maintain high standards of work quality, including:

a. Performing routine updates to loan accounts.

b. Handling returned customer correspondence.

c. Responding to internal inquiries related to customer service.

d. Assisting customers with online account management.

e. Providing accurate information regarding products and services.

4. Achieve call quality standards consistently.

5. Promote the use of online services and automated payment options to clients.

6. Additional tasks may include:

a. Responding to customer emails using established templates.

b. Facilitating recurring payment requests.

c. Performing various clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. At least one year of experience in a customer service role.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

5. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).

2. Experience in the banking or finance sector.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
