Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II at Truist Financial Corporation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to current and prospective clients through inbound calls, ensuring a perfect client experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including loan account histories and payment records.
  • Process payments and perform routine loan account maintenance, including address updates and due date changes.
  • Respond to internal customer service-related questions and reset customer account passwords and login IDs.
  • Assist in marketing web functions and recurring Automated Clearing House (ACH) requests to clients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • One year of experience in a customer service role or related client contact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) language skills.
  • Experience within the banking and/or finance industries.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm MST, Friday 7am-4pm.
