The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care services, working closely with the healthcare team to maintain safety, provide patient comfort, and improve the overall patient experience in various units.

Responsibilities

ϳ Provide high-quality patient care services within the scope of practice, as defined by state requirements
ϳ Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective patient care plans
ϳ Conduct thorough assessments, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes
ϳ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications

ϳ Current and valid state LPN license
ϳ BLS (AHA or ARC) certification upon hire and maintain current
ϳ Minimum one year experience in acute care nursing preferred
ϳ IV certification upon hire (state specific)
ϳ ACLS (AHA or ARC) certificate preferred or within 60 days of hire

Estimated Annual Salary: $68,000 - $82,000 based on location and experience
