At Community Care Alliance, we are committed to providing innovative and compassionate care to individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team as a Trauma-Informed Care Specialist.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Clinician who can provide individual and family treatment services for children and youth at risk of higher-level care or out-of-home placement. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address complex trauma, social determinants of health, and underrepresented populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family counseling services utilizing evidence-based modalities, including trauma-informed care approaches
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Function as the clinical lead on shared cases, providing direction and oversight to ensure high-quality care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with organizational policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services discipline
  • Licensure eligibility or independent licensure (supervision provided for licensure)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Bilingual skills preferred (may qualify for stipend)
