**About the Role:**

We are seeking skilled Dialysis Care Specialists to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a Dialysis Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients in need.

  • A competitive salary range of $83,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or equivalent degree
  • A Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required
