Dedicated Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) at American Renal Associates.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the RoleIn this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, building strong relationships with patients and their families, and contributing to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized patient care, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each individual.
- Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes trust and open communication with patients and their loved ones.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to maintain expert knowledge and skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing (A.D.N or BSN) from an accredited institution.
- An active Registered Nurse License in your state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- The ability to meet all applicable state/licensing requirements.
