Job Description

As a Housing Support Specialist with Community Care Alliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the general safety and structure of our shelter. This includes monitoring resident activities to ensure compliance with shelter rules and policies, as well as maintaining the overall safety of the residents by ensuring the building is properly cared for and maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of client activities and incidents
  • Respond to resident concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance chores during shifts
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a related field is preferred. You must also possess a valid driver's license and be able to climb stairs to the third floor.

Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
