Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at HHB Restaurant Recruiting. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, driving sales growth, and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a restaurant environment, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and walking
