Immediate Restaurant General Manager Needed

You'll manage daily operations, including selecting, developing, and overseeing all restaurant staff. Your responsibilities will encompass inventory management, food and supply ordering, controlling labor and food costs, driving sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and oversee team members while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, manage inventory, and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Manage Finances: Control labor and food costs, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service, handle guest complaints, and implement strategies to boost satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Marketing: Increase revenue through effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure Quality: Maintain high food quality and consistency.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage budgets, schedules, and payroll.
  • Plan Strategically: Develop policies and set performance goals aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • College degree is preferred. A proven track record of a minimum of 4 years Restaurant General Management experience is required.
  • Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation and proof of insurance.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must live within 30 to 40 minutes’ drive time of the restaurant.
  • Must agree to a background and credit check.
  • Must pass pre-employment and future random drug tests
  • Must have ServSafe Certification

Personal Requirements:

  • Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability
  • Pleasant, polite manner, positive interpersonal skills, and a professional, neat and clean appearance
  • Must possess excellent communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
