Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at Stars and Strikes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operation of the center, including meeting or exceeding revenue and cost objectives, ensuring proper training of staff, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Leadership: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, including bowling, arcade, and food and beverage.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, coach, develop, schedule, evaluate, and discipline team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Financial Management: Understand and manage the center's budget, labor costs, and revenue goals, including achieving all revenue category goals on the P&L.
  • Guest Experience: Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team members.
  • Training and Development: Develop and oversee employee training on POS, service protocols, and operational standards.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience in management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven operations background with exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in managing budgets and labor.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
