We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a professional to support our client's Human Resources team in the area of Diversity and Inclusion. This position is a contract role of 8 months, with the possibility of extension(s), and is located remotely.
Details for the position are as follows:
Pay range is $30/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's SharePoint platform, including event invitations, participation reports, and content updates.
- Coordinate communication opportunities between the TRG leader and the Global DE&I Lead.
- Help capture and share stories and experiences during Diversity and Inclusion Month.
- Manage the global quarterly Diversity and Inclusion Month meeting updates, including scheduling, invitations, content coordination, guest speakers, translation, and technical support.
- Coordinate weekly meetings for Global DE&I stakeholders.
- Partner with leads to ensure ongoing processes, including monthly progress updates, bi-annual report content, and annual Action Planning.
- Provide communication and data-related support, including posting opportunities to internal communications channels and reporting progress towards Diversity and Inclusion Month strategy goals.
- Relevant work experience in HR Support, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
