This position is a contract role of 8 months, with the possibility of extension(s), and is located remotely.

Details for the position are as follows:

Pay range is $30/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's SharePoint platform, including event invitations, participation reports, and content updates.
  • Coordinate communication opportunities between the TRG leader and the Global DE&I Lead.
  • Help capture and share stories and experiences during Diversity and Inclusion Month.
  • Manage the global quarterly Diversity and Inclusion Month meeting updates, including scheduling, invitations, content coordination, guest speakers, translation, and technical support.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings for Global DE&I stakeholders.
  • Partner with leads to ensure ongoing processes, including monthly progress updates, bi-annual report content, and annual Action Planning.
  • Provide communication and data-related support, including posting opportunities to internal communications channels and reporting progress towards Diversity and Inclusion Month strategy goals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in HR Support, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
