Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the growth and performance of assigned business units by aligning and executing HR and talent management activities.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Facilitate the execution of annual and ongoing organizational and talent processes, including onboarding, compensation, planning, talent reviews, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with leadership to build and sustain an inclusive, values-driven workplace culture.
  • Enable organizational change management efforts related to strategy, structure, and technology.
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to identify trends and make decisions related to talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of HR experience in various functional areas, with greater depth in one or more areas required.
  • Experience in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Basic critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Basic experience using HRIS or other human resources systems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
