Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Legislative Council Staff is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide technical support to our diverse user base, including legislators, legislative staff, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Assist with the deployment of new technology and software
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and software applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
