Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve applications, with a focus on payment, billing, and accounts receivable systems
  • Partner with multiple agencies to understand known and needed business processes, system requirements, and integration requirements
  • Create and maintain functional process analysis documentation, including data mapping, process flows, and requirements documents
  • Perform technical process evaluation, analysis, and recommend fixes
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and provide go-live support and immediate post-production support activities as needed
  • Attend and participate in SCRUM ceremonies with the core team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of current, professional experience analyzing and improving applications
  • Experience with payment, billing, and/or accounts receivable systems
  • Ability to work on multiple projects or systems simultaneously
  • Experience with workflow analysis, integrations/APIs, and overall ERP system design
  • Experience with writing user stories in the 3W format
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other lifecycle management tools
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
