HRIS Analyst

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR areas and maintaining the consistent performance of HR systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) platform, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Monitor social media accounts to ensure job postings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize reporting tools to run standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and provide insights into HR metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports by implementing stringent data validation and quality control measures.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT teams to test new functionality for any system upgrades, involving relevant business users when necessary.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Marketing to troubleshoot ATS queries, including but not limited to job postings, system functionality, onboarding, and Recruiting.
- Assist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required.
- Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures.
- Point of contact for HRIS inquiries (both UKG and ATS) and provide technical assistance and guidance to team members.
- Work with HRIS Manager on special projects.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or commensurate experience.
- Minimum 2 years general Human Resources experience.
- 1 year of HRIS experience preferred. Experience with UKG Pro, a plus.
