Secure a comprehensive educational and training experience in healthcare administration and management through interaction with senior leadership, clinical chairs, and key operational management. Develop projects that support organization initiatives and assist senior administrators in identifying, planning, and implementing business process improvements.
Requirements- Currently enrolled in or have recently completed an accredited graduate program in health administration (MHA/MBA/MHSA) or a similar field.
- Completed coursework prior to the start of the fellowship and either received a degree or have degree completion contingent upon the completion of a fellowship or year-long internship/residency experience.
- Citizen of the United States or able to maintain work authorization throughout the fellowship program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Intermediate level competency using Microsoft Office applications.
