Job Summary

This is a nationwide traveling position responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned environmental projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, environmental services, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all assigned environmental projects, including customer service and communication, vendor selection and procurement, materials management, scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and scope.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage site personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in environmental services project management, with a strong background in customer service and project management.
  • Expertise in environmental services, including abatement processes, project management, financials, and administration.
  • Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments.
  • Effective and strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
  • Abatement experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building campus projects.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
