Full-time Opportunities Available

Nutritional Care Assistants collaborate closely with Registered Dietitians to improve the health and well-being of our residents. This role involves gathering health data and working alongside other healthcare professionals to implement tailored nutritional care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Conduct and update nutritional assessments for residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian.
  • · Perform evaluations to determine residents' nutritional needs and identify those at risk.
  • · Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create, execute, and assess care plans.
  • · Monitor resident weights to detect significant changes.
  • · Carry out regular meal observations and review documentation to ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition.

Qualifications:

  • · Required: Associate or bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent, or actively pursuing a degree in a healthcare-related field, preferably in nutrition/dietetics, or possess a current Dietary Manager Certificate (CDM) with a Practitioner Certificate in Nutrition Care.
  • · Preferred: Registered Dietetic Technician.
  • Certified Dietary Managers (CDMs) are welcome to apply.
