About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Manufacturing Leader to direct focused, innovation-driven factory digitalization initiatives at Atlas Energy Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead the execution of organizational change management and digital transformation activities, including digitalizing process engineering, OT Automation, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization, including return on investment analysis.
  • Design system solutions to support lean manufacturing implementation.
  • Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead a team in executing organizational change management and digital transformation activities.
Requirements
  • Technology team leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering multiple digitalization projects.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, and Smart Manufacturing.
  • Expertise in Ignition, Factory Talk, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and spend time in WTX while being strategic in conceptualizing, planning, and delivering 3-5 years out.
