Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Valencia, CA. As a key member of our branch, you will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and work closely with our Branch Leader to ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Leader in all aspects of daily work, including general office management and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with escalated and complex issues, conducting research and providing solutions.
  • Generate reports on branch operations, maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Manage Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and objectives, implementing changes as needed.
  • Coordinate in-house meetings, luncheons, and other office events.
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and supporting visitors.
  • Order and stock office and breakroom supplies, managing vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the point of contact for building management, submitting maintenance requests as needed.
  • Work on special projects, as assigned by the Branch Leader.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate, College degree preferred.
  • Two to four years' experience in an administrative role, with operations and management experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in stressful situations, with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
