About the Role

Ciber is seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Intelligence Project Manager to lead our SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite and SAP NetWeaver BW projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design, construction, and delivery of complex business intelligence solutions using SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite, SAP NetWeaver BW, and SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and evaluate the activities of one or more assigned projects and personnel to obtain optimum results and maximize efficient utilization of manpower.
  • Analyze, define, and present projects in terms of business objectives.
  • Develop and facilitate presentations to communicate new methods/ideas and to describe new systems.
  • Work frequently with senior management, various board and steering committees, functional leaders, and individual team leaders.
  • Drive SAP business intelligence-related projects and the organization toward achieving the intended business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Eight (8) years minimum of business or technical experience utilizing SAP applications and business intelligence tools is required.
  • Five (5) years minimum of project management experience and/or leading teams in resolving implementations or business impact issues is required.
  • Direct experience managing and delivering an SAP BW to BW on HANA project is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP BI Suite and associated tools required.
  • Mastery of reporting and analytics methodologies required.
  • Mastery of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts and their practical application required.
  • Demonstrated ability to assume full responsibility of several projects that may span multiple departments and systems required.
  • Knowledge of I/S methodologies and a project's impact on the company required.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects within proposed time and cost estimates required.
