Exciting Opportunity for a Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Sync Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our territory in the architectural building products sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from specification through architects and designers to builders and contractors.
  • Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies catering to custom and high-end residential builders as well as commercial projects.
  • Utilize our existing network in WA to broaden the territory and extend market outreach.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Substantial experience in business development within the architectural or building products sector.
  • A proactive approach and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Results and KPI driven, with a proven track record in meeting targets.
  • Ambitious, persistent, and motivated with a genuine passion for surpassing client expectations.
  • 6-10 years of experience in the industry.
