Position Summary:


The Operational Team Supervisor will oversee the daily operational functions of a team of up to five members dedicated to a specific client account.

This role entails delegating tasks to team members, addressing production or logistical challenges, and onboarding new hires and associates on protocols and best practices.

The Supervisor plays a pivotal role in fostering a team culture centered on engagement, continuous enhancement, and operational excellence.

Scope of Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational team activities for your designated account to fulfill case order requirements and ensure a seamless flow in daily operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for your assigned account regarding operational activities, aiding in troubleshooting and resolving any issues while assessing the urgency and priority of client requests.
  • Facilitate problem-solving initiatives, mentor team members in conflict resolution and achieving outcomes, and provide ongoing training. This role will be responsible for these tasks while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Conduct inventory and data analysis while supporting quality assurance initiatives.
  • Compile and review incoming/outgoing kits for adherence to specifications and usage.
  • Manage reports and evaluate account metrics and productivity benchmarks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA/FDA compliant workspace for all assigned account products.
  • Assist in operational and process enhancements. Contribute ideas to elevate our quality and customer experience.
  • Perform or assist with additional duties and projects as required.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory audits in the warehouse.
Requirements

Critical Experience & Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
  • Experience in a matrix environment where collaboration across all levels is essential.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and JDE or SAP.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong communicator capable of articulating ideas clearly in various settings.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is regularly required to sit and climb or balance and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to access and physically navigate the warehouse facility.

Physical Demands:
Moderate to heavy physical activity. Daily repetitive lifting of at least 50 pounds.
Standing, sitting, lifting, and moving for extended periods.
Must be able to navigate through the warehouse facility.
