Role Summary: The Construction Field Supervisor will be instrumental in overseeing the installation and warranty processes for new construction projects. This role requires effective communication with builder representatives and internal teams to ensure seamless installation and post-installation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-installation assessments and post-installation inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with installation teams to manage schedules and address any outstanding work.
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as necessary to maintain high-quality finishes.
- Ensure that all required materials are available on-site and assist with deliveries when needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues, escalating them when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
