YOUR ROLE AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC SUPERINTENDENT - MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
In this position, you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure high-quality outcomes through effective oversight of operations. Your role involves supervising project schedules, leading teams, and maintaining performance standards. You will utilize your skills to interpret blueprints, identify project needs, and manage labor and materials efficiently.
Moreover, you will ensure compliance with local codes and company quality standards by inspecting completed work. Your approachable leadership style will help maintain high morale among team members, while your strong communication skills will facilitate relationships with subcontractors and clients. Ultimately, you will take pride in your contributions to seamless project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current Journeyman license
- OSHA 10 certification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical trades
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to obtain necessary clearance for government facilities
A master journeyman license and OSHA 30 certification are preferred. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on this role, we would be pleased to consider you for our team.
